Penstraze Cottage is set in beautiful gardens and has been equipped for the comfort of holiday visitors whilst retaining the character of a private house. The house feels very spacious with all modern amenities it is situated in a prime residential area of Falmouth with only 2 minute walk to Gyllyngvase beach and 10 minutes walk to town. There are many delightful walks from the house, along the seafront to the castle, coastal path to Swanpool beach and Maenporth beach and at least three different scenic ways into town.

The cottage has radiators in every room and is enjoyable in Winter and Summer.

This cottage is available to rent and will sleep up to 4 adults. There is a large south facing garden and car parking at the rear of the property. The property is redecorated frequently and constantly upgraded. The house has been inspected and approved by the local tourist association.

There is a Large Lounge with glimpses of the sea, colour TV with freeview, video, PS1 with games, new suite, dining table and chairs.

Kitchen/dining room with dining table and chairs, family sized cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, iron, washing machine and all crockery, cutlery, glasses and saucepans for everyday living.

There are three bedrooms the main bedroom has views of the sea, king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. The two single bedrooms have a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The garden comprises a patio with a wooden bench, clothes line and a large lawn at the front of the property and a small lawn at the back.

Unfortunately we cannot allow any pets.

The house is let from a Saturday in season and any day out of season, depending on availability. The house is available after 2 p.m. and should be vacated by 10 am on day of departure. The house is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between lets. The cottage is available for Winter Lets.

To book the holiday one third of the price needs to be paid and the balance is due at least one month before the holiday

FALMOUTH is a beautiful town on the south cost of Cornwall with a mild climate – almost frost free. The mild winters ensure that the many gardens flourish with their sub-tropical plants.
